Data we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, name) and data from form submissions routed through the platform (submitted fields, timestamps, origin URL). We do not process or store sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
How we use data
Account data is used to authenticate you and provide workspace access. Form submission data is stored to power the inbox, response tracking, and workflow features you explicitly configure. We never sell or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
Form submission data is retained for the duration of your account. You may delete individual responses or your entire account at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for database storage and authentication, OpenAI for optional AI-powered response classification and draft replies, and Resend for optional email notifications. Each service processes data under their own privacy agreements.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
